Our policy lasts 14 days. No refund can be issued after 14 day period.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a couple days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Items can be exchanged for a different size or colour, or for any other item storewide to the value of your purchased item. If your item is greater value than the item of exchange, the difference is issued in the form of store credit. Shipping costs for returning your item are not covered by Linarte. Shipping costs of original purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
